Hello everyone!

I have been on this site for 8 years apparently haha! I won't remove my old stuff for nostalgia's sake, but as you can see, the way I express my artistic side has changed over the past 8 years. My older material consists of writing and drawings, but now I cosplay as my main hobby. The reason for this is because I get to display my work in public at conventions, whereas my drawings never really got to be appreciated by a real life audience. Plus it's fun running around pretending I'm my favorite characters x3

I picked up actually making my own cosplays this year because I went on this 2 year hiatus from art trying to get into dentistry school. Now that I'm in, I don't want to let my artistic side die, so I've chosen this medium :) It's a lot of fun and I've learned new skills along the way, such as sewing and armor and prop making. It was a real journey making my first cosplay, Snowstorm Sivir from League of Legends, and I loved every second of it (except maybe the last few days before Anime North where I rushed and didn't get much sleep xD).

If you have any questions about how I make my props or armor, please let me know and I'd be happy to help! (Don't ask me about sewing though because even though my Sivir jacket turned out okay, I don't think I did anything right technique-wise xD)
